Online Music: Napster is the innovation card

United States – Napster, the pioneer of online music, has launched a service on Monday to listen to streaming music subscription. A catalog of seven million pieces is proposed.

For five dollars a month, subscribers can download up to five titles in mp3 format and listen to radio without advertising.

Napster has signed with the four majors and the homes of independent disks. The musical division of Best Buy goes on the plat bands of Microsoft which proposes unlimited streaming and the remote loading of ten pieces with the help of 15 dollars. Both offers are available in the United States.
