A fireball in the sky – An UFO?

27 June 2009 10 Comments

UFOAn Amateur videographer have filmed an impressive fireball that traveled the skies of France in June 2009. The ball of fire then disappeared behind the trees. According to their comments it is not an airplane, This fireball is like having an object through the atmosphere unless it is-an airplane? Would it be a UFO? I did not find more information on this video.

Watch it here:

Looks like debris from a launch burning up on re-entry.

it’s not a UFO… note the sun is going down and it looks like a contrail from jet engines and it has the same speed as jet… it does not explain the other plains contrail witch are little bit higher in the video not getting the same effect… the angle are different I guess.

To me, it looks like an expansive variety of chemtrail reflecting the light of the setting sun.

UFO is a term used to describe any aerial object that is not otherwise easily explained or described. UFO sightings have occurred throughout history. In fact, paranormal light sightings like shooting stars or the northern lights could be described as UFOs by observers in history who did not know how to identify such occurrences. Photos and video proof of UFO sightings can shed some light on the question, are UFOs and aliens real or an elaborate hoax?

It was the launch of the space shuttle.

What you are seeing are condensation trails from a twin-engine jet flying near the horizon and moving away from the point of view of the photographer, either at dusk or at dawn. At the beginning of the video, you can clearly see another jet flying slightly more parallel to the horizon, but at a higher angle (thus the lighter colored con-trail).

I noticed Biker Dude explained the same thing. He’s right about the angles relative to the horizon resulting in the different effects.

      It’s a jet contrail from a 747. 100% certain.
